EXHIBIT APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR 2017
Corporate Partner Opportunities
Are you looking for the ultimate opportunity to promote your company to STEM leaders and education innovators? Have you noticed decreasing participation in conferences held during the school year? Consider sponsoring and exhibiting at STEMathon as one of six exclusive Corporate Partners at the premier statewide conference for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education in Pennsylvania. This annual summer event will draw hundreds of educators from K-12, school and district administrators, and curriculum coordinators from across the state and surrounding region.
There is only one level of sponsorship offered at STEMathon – Corporate Partner. Benefits include a large exhibit space in the main conference room where keynotes and meal functions are held, four complimentary registrations, a full page ad in the program, recognition on the conference website, and inclusion in the conference promotional video (if applicable). In addition, each corporate partner has the opportunity to present a 1-hour session in a STEM Solution Showcase.
Non-Profit Organization Exhibitor Opportunities
A limited number of exhibit tables are available at no charge to non-profit organizations at STEMathon. Exhibit tables are on a first-come, first-served basis, pending approval by the STEMathon Design Team. Each non-profit organization is limited to one exhibit table. You will receive an email when your request has been approved as a confirmation. Please note that while there is no charge to non-profit organizations for an exhibit table, each person attending the conference to work at an exhibit table will require a paid conference registration. This year, an early bird registration for attendees working at a non-profit exhibit is available at the discounted rate of $100. The deadline to register at this rate is May 15, 2017. A link to this registration option will be provided at the time the non-profit exhibitor confirmation email is sent to the contact person.
